This was made for me from a very fantastic member on this site!!! THANKS SOOO MUCH I STILL LOVE IT LOTS!!!
So It has been doing a lot of this lately......
and dont get me wrong... I love when it rains... but when it does it for too long it makes things gloomy and just blah.... so if the sunshine could come back out that would be great!!!
Last night I had the bright Idea that I would watch this movie.....
since I have had it for like 3 weeks and have not watched it. UMMMMM please dont ever let me have bright ideas ever again. I cried and cried and it basically ruined my night. I mean yeah it is a great story.... but why did I buy it? I will never let myself watch it again. I am such an animal lover and wow... That was just hard to take in.... I mean I know it happens and dogs get older but nope wont watch it ever again. I prefer to not look like a idiot with puffy eyes and tears pouring down my face. Alls I can say is good thing I didnt see it in the theaters when it came out like I had wanted to. Hahahahah
So I think I will be starting a diet very soon. I am not saying I am fat and need to lose a bunch of weight... but the past year my health has been shit and I am 25 years old...so it is kinda sad to see my body doing half the things it is. I just hope that by taking pride in myself and kicking my ass into gear and taking on a eating plan and work out that maybe things will improve a bit.
AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST HERE ARE YOUR FUN FACTS..... SINCE IT IS THAT TIME OF YEAR WHEN GRASS IS BEING CUT. FARMERS ARE IN THE FIELD, POLLEN IS IN THE AIR.... TODAYS FACTS ARE ABOUT ALLERGIES.
~Hay fever sufferers should wash hair at night.
*Reason:theyll remove any pollen and keep it from settling on pillows and bedding.
*Also, avoid common irritants like tobacco smoke, automobile exhaust, hair spray and perfume wash hands frequently venture outdoors only when pollen counts are low.
~The best time to take an antihistamine, which helps block allergic reactions, is before the symptoms surface.
*Remember: antihistamines can cause sleepiness, so never take one any time safety requires you to be alert
*Suggestion: Ask your doctor about the newer types that cause less drowsiness.
~Australian researchers found a simple solution if youre allergic to dust mites and suspect your area rugs make you sneeze and itch:
*Place the rug outdoors in direct sunlight for a few hours
*How it works: Airing out rugs and other household items dries and heats them exterminating mites.
~Moving to another location is no guarantee of relief for allergy sufferers.
*Why: They usually develop allergies to their new regions pollens and molds within a few years of moving.
*Plus: most allergy-provoking grasses are widespread throughout the world.
~As many as 20% of Americans believe they have a food allergybut less than 1% really do.
*Most food allergies are actually signs of digestive problems, food poisoning, or stress.

~In a survey by the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology, more than half of those who had a household member with allergies did not know of any allergy treatments other than drugs. (Another option for people with allergies and asthma is immunotherapy, or allergy shots.)
~Food allergies are fairly uncommon -- less than 5% of the U.S. population has a true food allergy (National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases). Approximately 0.5 percent of people are allergic to peanuts, 2.5 percent to milk, 1.3 percent to eggs, and 0.5 percent to shellfish. Most people who think they have a food allergy actually have a food intolerance. This is a subtle but important distinction that may determine which treatments are appropriate.
~People who get allergic symptoms during the winter may be allergic to mold spores. Molds remain outside much longer than pollen, and may be indoors year-round.
~More than 32 million Americans have chronic sinusitis, making it one of the most common chronic health conditions in the U.S. (YIPPIE I HAVE THIS!! IT ISNT FUN)
(INFORMATION TAKEN FROM: http://www.drgreene.com/21_1265.html)
~If you stay in air-conditioned areas, you may reduce your symptoms. But, be aware they will act up the moment you go outside and may remain with you the rest of the day
~Allergies tend to run in families. If one parent is allergic, the child has a one in four chance of developing an allergy. If both parents are allergic, it is likely two out of three children will be allergic also.
~A sneeze can throw water droplets six feet into the air at speeds up to 100 miles per hour. (YUCK)
~When someone sneezes, we say "God bless you" in English. Here are some "bless you" equivalents from around the world:
Italian "Salute!"
Spanish "Salud!"
French "A vos souhaits!"
Russian "Boot-tyeh zdarovi"
Norwegian "Velsigne du"
Chinese "Dui-bu-qui"
Turkish "Cok yasa"
Hindi "Bhagvan apka bhala kare!"
Hawaiian "Ho' omaika' I"
Dutch "Zegenen jou"
