So... October, I went offline for this. Funny, the last 6 months have been crazy. In a matter of time, I went from:
Dead-end job.
Still in school.
Not going anywhere in my life.
Not on this site.

To:
Full-time chef after dropping said dead end job.
Finishing out my last semester of school, with double certifications.
Going everywhere in my life.
Back to this site.
