Other than that... I need to get serious about myself. I've been miffing on going to the gym, and I haven't really done much about my food intake, and on top of that, I've had a bit of alcohol in my system the past 4 days. I mean, sure, Kraken Rum is delish, and I've been mixing that with some beer... And I am starting to get puffy again'. However, I've been maintaining my 230 weight. I want to get to 190, maybe 180. I have to have that mindset. I finished off that bottle of rum tonight, so that might be the last time in a while before I drink again. On top of that, I plan on going to the gym at least 5 times a week. Yeah, seems off-the-wall however, when I have a membership to a 24-hour gym, I can pretty well use that to my advantage. Here's hoping for the best...
