I worked out last night, and my arms are screaming at me. Oh well, I live to feel that. It makes me feel like I am doing something right. My abs are also screaming at me, every time I flex, but it is worth every moment of it. Not much to say, as I am about to head to work... I can post something tonight, when I get home.
