did anyone else go see the deftones?? jeff n i had our 2 year anniversary, and we got to go see the deftones on may 15th at the house of blues, that fuckin kicked so much ass! they played almost everything i wanted to hear. bored, lifter, engine number 9, root, my own summer, digital bath, back to school, change, be quiet and drive, seven words, mascara, etc. they only played 3 from their new cd so that was pretty cool that they didnt just push their new album the whole time. i felt like i was watching my long lost lover perform on stage haha. im so in love with chino, its not even funny....
and jeff bought me a sony cybershot h7, a .45x wide-angle lense, a 2x telephoto lense, a memory stick, a professional tripod, a tabletop tripod, etc (my camera package) so as soon as it arrives i can shoot my set! well, after i figure out how to light it and find somebody i trust to shoot it that wont make it look all crappy. i totally hurt my friend's feelings when i told her i needed someone with an artists eye and at least a little experience with cameras. i mean, the photography in the sets is just as important as the set itself, i dont want to get rejected on my first try. i'd love to shoot it myself, but i kinda have to be in front of the camera, not behind it.

anyhoo, i bought a new pipe for our anniversary, a helio drift (!!!!!!!!) the other day, and some new pants too! good times.
