Photography is becoming increasingly important in my life...in fact sometimes it feels like my life gets in the way of my photography..is that passion? or obsession? Not sure. What I do know is that I spend inordinate amounts of time posting pictures in forums such as this.Having said that groups like the one here are really good for developing yourself...in the last few years I have come to accept that the artists life is for me...I have no choice be it drums or photography...Creative Expression is a must. And i am starting to believe in myself more...you would not believe what a negative opinion i have (had!) of myself at my core...maybe the art/music is a way of dealing with that positively..who knows....my latest photo journey took me to Cornwall... a place of real magic and peace...here is my cornish sea series. I have been asked to exhibit some of my work here in Hebden at the Fringe Arts Festival in June of this year......I think I will show my seascapes.

This weekend I will be away to Bamburgh and Holy Island/Lindisfarne with Mrs Kpan and the cameras of course. More seascapes planned possibly with castles in them...we will see.
