A lot of my early blogs here were just Rumi poetry...I love Rumi
Here is another example of his work that resonates with me right now....
There is some kiss we want with our whole lives,
the touch of spirit on the body.
Sea water begs the pearl to break its shell.
And the lily, how passionately it needs some wild darling!
At night, I open the window
and ask the moon to come and press its face against mine.
Breathe into me.
Close the language-door and open the love window.
The moon won't use the door, only the window.
Beautiful words.......I am moving now from a period of quiet and anxiety into a period of intense work...funny...careful what you ask for.......so from now till december I will have a minimum of 4 days work every week which is great financially but eats into the free time i have been getting so used too....makes me realise that when free time presents itself i will in future embrace it joyfully and without concern...the Poem above to me talks about trusting the process....being open to what life can bring if only we let it.....new beginnings and for me very appropriate as Samhain is upon us. So my ancestors would be coming out from the dark and sensing the first seedlings of light...a time for inspiration.....so Blessings to you all this Hallows Eve and may the coming of the sun bring light into all of your lives.Good dreams be upon your pillows.
Peace

Well that poetry is certainly mood inspiring. I am so happy that you have such a steady flow of work. I know you were worried. But you were open and the opportunities came a flowing in.

Things are rather good with me. Working a lot, at the moment but still time for fun. One thing I need is more exercise though. I've been too beat every night to hit the biking trails and I kind of need that sort of outlet....so hopefully I will get my act together by this weekend and get to peddling again.
