its been a fucking kickass birthday so far! best yet.

midnite i was in the shower, then me and the hils went to firefly for a drink, got a southern comfort/jd coctail each and a sc to share out of a tenner.

today i got my new dect house fone thru and we played with its voice sms feature until we stopped laughing.

i had an agency appointment, which resulted in a new job, data entry for a graphic design job which i expect to be amazing compared to the shit i would otherwise be doing, order picking, warehouse/factory type shit. the lamest of the lame, the lowest of the low.

i can't wait. plus i have 5 days til tuesday to recover.

i got one free too cuz its my b'day. i guess birthdays are good and useful

we went to the pub earlier and lots of people i know were there and had many pints of staropramen which is most de-lish-ee-o-so!

i also bought myself some choc-le-oc-le-ato (itallian) cake and some choc ices! i have so far not dug into it but it will be gone before the night is out.

while at the pub i met the producer and then the band that is supporting 65 days of static. apparently they are kick ass and like electronica mixed with met-ul. which sounds like nu metal, but the electronica bit is like autechre and the metal bit is like defones, which by itself makes me cream many sections of my underwear.

the support band, they are called tired irie and they allegedly sound like at the drive in. more creamage occurs.

one of the band type people created some secret ghetto styled handshaked, that made me happy but then we left.

i got 250 pounds from the government because they have not paid for my rent since december. god damn them but still it was nice that they came thru on my birthday. god bless their (i was trying to find the slang word for civil servant but google came up short).

we're off to a south americana styled restaurant and we' get 20% off cuz andy works there.w00t. then some gay indie night. but i got a free pill so it'll be good.

as a ps. i think the new autechre album is gay and sounds like the bits where aphex twin pisses about. i won't be buying it and i am hugely disappointed. although not surprrised as whenever i get into anything it turns completely to shit.
