The worst thing about mental illness is that one day you can feel okay and get up, shower, do your hair and makeup and yet the very next day you don't even have the energy to drag yourself out of bed. 😪

I feel your pain, but you have to as I do, wake up everyday and keep moving forward. Even though it has taken a lot of hrlp...a lot, to try to stay active. I have to so my PTSD does not get the best of me (it has 7 times), but getting there. My prayers, heart and thoughts are with you. <3
