Today is day one of a serious attempt to add more routine to my life.
With burlesque shows left, right and center, being on call at my day job with MAC, and a large majority of my work done at home, my days have absolutely no order!
On top of keeping a better organized and more detailed calendar, I've decided to make a list of things I plan to do every day. They don't have to be done at the same time every day, but I expect things will balance out after a week or two... I hope.
So daily here's my list:
-start my day with a big glass of fresh lemon water. (they say it's super healthy)
-eat three healthy meals a day (preferably home cooked)
-check in on all of my email and social media accounts (fb accounts and pages, twitters, gmail, hotmail, SG, etc.)
-spend half an hour hula hooping (I haven't been practicing in months! feeling very lazy)
-half an hour of other exercises at home (anything counts as long as I work up a sweat)
-put money aside to save (I haven't decided on a reasonable amount yet)
-Get outside! (Some days I work on costumes, emails & choreography all day and never leave the house!)
Now I'm sure I'll add to that and then I'll have trouble fitting it all in on top of work and shows, so I'll probably find a few things that I can make sure I at least do weekly. Like draw!
