Okay, no more whining about feeling like shit. I need to start taking care of my fucking self.
I haven't excersised in fucking months. I haven't had more then one square meal a day for over a month. Sometimes I go a whole fucking day without eating. I just don't seem to have a fucking appetite anymore, and damn! I fucking love FOOD. My energy level is so fucking far down, I can barely get through a work day now.
I went from weighing around 240 lbs to 210 lbs in just over a month.
I mean I needed to lose weight, but not like this. It's fucking draining me physically & emotionally
So today I'm starting a 3 meal a day diet. I'm going to still try and lose about 30 more lbs, but I'm going to do it the right way. With a healthy diet, and exercise.
I may even try to join the vegetarian ranks, but for now I'm sticking with chicken And turkey. to get my energy level back up.
Maybe if I am more physically fit. it will make me more emotionally fit. Well I'm hoping for that anyway.
Fuck! I used to play On 4 different softball teams, and three different hockey teams 5 years ago. I never really had to worry about exercise. I was playing some sport every fucking night.
Now all I do is drain my soul on the fucking internet.

Well anyway thanks for all your concern, and suggestions. It is really appreciated, but I am the only one that can really help me. well maybe the crack & the cocaine would help a little.
I'm off to go do some laps in the pool then eat lunch.
