I just got back from coaching my nephews little league team. Its so much fun to see how happy they are when they do something good. 
It makes me happy. On the other hand its sad to see them cry when they fail 
, but at their age which is 8 & 9. They forget as soon as they get their after game sugar fix

That's a really awesome thing to be doing. I didn't play little league, but in retrospect JV community soccer meant a lot to me as an 8 or 9 year old. And the post-tournament pizza parties were right up there with christmas!
