hey my darlings!
So I'm finally home after spending 2 weeks in Cambridge with my partner. During this time I went to London at least 3 times to see friends and a town called Ipswich for a photoshoot!
Chilling by Camden lock with a few good friends and a few drinks when its sunny is one of my favourite things to do! Its so nice to just hang out, sit, chat and drink and watch the canal boats go by and bumping into people you know. There is a very close knit goth community in London and its something I have missed terribly whilst living in Southampton for the last couple of years.
I travelled from Cambridge to Ipswich, about an hour and a half on the train, one day for a shoot and I am very excited to say that I shot 2 new sets for Suicide Girls that day! One is Doctor Who themed and the other is Harry Potter themed. Both themes mean the world to me and are very close to my heart and I'm hoping that you will be able to see this when they hit MR. They are both being edited at the mo so I'm hoping that I will be able to upload them for approval within the next couple of weeks. All the excite!
On an even more exciting note, my debut set comes out in 2 weeks and 6 days! I am absolutely jittering with anticipation and nerves! I shot this set with a very talented photographer and I am hoping that my playful nature really comes across in the photos. I would really appreciate it if you, my darling followers, could show it some love and let me know what you think of it! I'm hoping you love it as much as I do!
Ok final bit of exciting news! After completing my undergraduate degree in London I had to move back in with my mum in Southampton due to sickness. Now after a hell of a lot of therapy I am thrilled to say that I am moving back to London in 2 weeks to start my masters degree! I am ALLLL of the nervousness and excite for this one! Although I will be moving in with my partner and a couple of close friends, I am slightly terrified of being let loose into the world again! I am going to be studying something that I am truly passionate about however and do feel ready to get back into normal life again after 2 years of being on disability benefits. I will be studying digital anthropology which is the study of why people behave the way they do online. I will be focusing my studies on using social media to engage 18-24 year olds in politics which I could honestly go on about for hours...but I wont! :P
I am going to leave it there my lovelies but I was aware that I hadn't blogged in a while so thought I would write one.
Hope you're all enjoying your summer!
xx
