This week has been pretty crazy. It started off with Valentine's Day...guh, I don't even want to think about it. Then I got some pretty good news, which I think that some of you already know about. Well, I think that it's pretty cool. Eh, who knows. Today was the coldest day of the week. It was 80 yesterday, and 60 today. I can't take it anymore! Choose a temperature dammit!

Ha! I finally got the picture that I've been trying to get for the past month. Well, somewhat.

It's Meatwad! Yay!

Friday I came up with a tasty new dessert. It's called a dacquoise, and it is so yummeh! It's made with layers of almond merangue, pistachio ice cream, and fresh strawberry ice cream. Yes, I *do* make all the ice creams for the restaurant. From. Scratch. Check it.


Lately I've been feeling artsy and inspired, but I have no motivation or...something. I don't know. I just feel kind of stagnant, and I'm longing for some change in my life. Some kind of...well, action or change. Tonight I'm going to try and work out some of my antsy-ness by going to my old job and taking some pictures at night. It's right on the river and there is a pretty little alcove with aged stairs and ivy that makes me feel nostalgic. I'll post them later when I get back if any are worth it.
