Today was a long day. A very long day.
Stayed at Gab's again, well...sort of slept for about 2 hours before our scheduled conference call really early in the morning with the film festival. Met with Outlaw after the CC, to go over poster designs and his contract, and then ran out to meet with AMEN and pick up footage from their last tour for the website. Ended up in West Hollywood for lunch, and kept eyeing this gorgeous girl - and as we left she stopped us and insisted that we knew each other...Gab figured it out in a minute - I guess they are old friends from AA, and we went back and fourth trying to figure out where we know each other. It turns out that her husband was at Cal Arts with Gab and myself (don't remember him, though - not surprising at Cal Arts...)
Tracy...Tracy...holy shit!
Tracy.
Exhausted and running on fumes, Gab and I managed to make it over to Dean's for what amounted to a late night "intervention" on my behalf. I love the two of you with all of my heart and thank you for the strength you lend me everyday.
Came back to catch a few hours of sleep before meeting my father, and had an e-mail from another old friend Franklin - inspirational, and timely.
I am going to seek out Ross' mom to do some "work" but, right now - I feel good. I feel like there is hope because I have my family and friends to help me through all of this shit.

Dizziness doesn't die so easily and not receiving a phone call from someone you really want to talk to doesn't help matters...
