Unfortunately some days anxiety wins, I take my day and hope things go better. Just music in my earphones calm me down

I’ll often take myself into a different room or location or situation to immediately remove me from whatever physical space I’m in. Maybe wash my face and hands, put on different clothes, anything I can do to put distance between me and wherever I was when the anxiety was triggered.
