Hey guys and gals
Wow... it's almost been 2 weeks since I blogged... time flies! I've been keeping myself very busy- March is a birthday blackspot for me, all my friends seem to be goddamn Pisces or Aires... and then work... and the additional job of finding alternative work. Luckily last weekend I had enough time to realise that spring had arrived London is starting to look much prettified!
So I have decided that this week I have officially come out of my 6 month long quarter-life crisis (mostly) unscathed. I know forty-somethings and above find mid-twenty crises a joke, possibly because there so much shitty pressure and expectations these days on young adults, especially women, which may have not existed to such an extent before. So what happens... we rush into all sorts of the ''right'' sorts of things- relationships, careers etc. and ask questions later -or- we reappraise ourselves at the tender age of late-twenty-something and beat ourselves up about what we don't have. I think i've realised that it doesn't matter what I have or haven't done or got, as long as I have been true to myself. 'Nuff said (with the soppy crap!)
I have a set in MR soon- much excitements!
It's called ''Crystal Eyes'' and it'll be up on the 2 April and 3.30pm GMT- sneaky pic!
Haha... and my 1st set with me new ink (the butterfly silhouettes) I had such a great afternoon shooting this with Metalmanatee... hopefully that's evident in the pics!
