First time that I have vivid dreams in a long time and they're paranoid nightmares. I don't ever have nightmares. I was on this city on an island in a wooded area. Kinda looked like shots I've seen of the Pacific Northwest US. I'd done something to piss off a secret power in the city, like a mob boss or something. All I wanted to do was escape and hide, but I couldn't. There was a guy who was kinda like the Shamwow guy in appearance only dressed in a white shirt and khaki pants and not on meth, and he acted as a go-between between this boss guy and me. At first, he acted like a friend, like he'd help me escape, but it soon became apparent that he was hindering me, stopping messages I was trying to send from leaving and making fun of with his claims of helping. No matter what I tried, I'd turn around and he'd be there, stopping whatever plan I'd made. I tried to dive off the docks and swim for shore, but I noticed the water wasn't getting any closer and when I looked up, he had appeared out of nowhere and grabbed my feet and was holding me upside down. I screamed in frustration and fought my away awake. I might have screamed in real life, I dunno. It wasn't a menacing nightmare, but it was definately a nightmare to me. When I woke up, I came up with ideas to take back with me into the dream, but when I finally got back asleep, my brain gave me a different paranoid dream. This one was like they combined The Lost Boys with Disturbing Behavior, even in regards to actors. It was weird because imagine if the main character in those movies knew what was coming and was already paranoid and trying to stop them. I went to a comic book shop owned by Nick Stahl's character from Disturbing Behavior and we proceeded to have a dialog sort of like that of Corey Haim and the Frog Brothers from Lost Boys, all the while I was trying to push him along because I knew what was coming, I was scared and paranoid and trying to deal with the geeky little sister character I had who kept getting in my way. It didn't take long for me to realize that it was a dream and I got frustrated with having two paranoid dreams in one night, so I woke myself up.
