Misery is all we know lately
Saturdays are all the same
I feel like there's so much loneliness in the world right now. Not necessarily from me, I mean yeah sure, I suppose I'm a little lonely at the moment (or was a few days ago)... but I mean friends, coworkers, family, etc.
I feel like I keep getting these vibes from people that say "I'm so alone right now" and it's bringing me down, but also making me wonder what is causing this. Is it all a coincidence? Am I reaching a certain age? Is it the company I keep?
How can so many people feel so alone when there are millions of people out there? And what is the solution? Can I fix this? What can I do? How can I help?
Maybe all I can do is help myself. Lead by example. Maybe if I can connect with people they can learn how to connect with others.
This sounds super abstract and weird but I'm working on a project right now that relates to this - or at least stemmed from these thoughts. I'm brainstorming still. I'm kind of excited and happy about it. Not sure how it will turn out but I think I'll have fun finding out.

I've always liked being alone, so I don't really notice loneliness in others unless it's very blatantly pointed out to me.
