My boy got a tattoo apprenticeship!! I'm so proud of him. He's an amazing artist and has been looking for a long time now and finally, he has a foot in the door and this will be the start of his career. Happy times!! 
I have had the shittiest day known to man.

Saw Pink at the London O2 on Friday and I'm still blissfully happy.

So, I joined the gym yesterday and went for the first time today. It's the first time I've exercised properly in a few years due to a nasty knee injury.
20 minutes on the cross trainer and 10 minutes with the free-weights to warm up. I was still breathing and able to move. So far, so good!

Hi again! My knee is actually much much better than I thought it was going to be, so I'm pretty happy. My trainer has given me some mental exercise to do...I was dangling from ropes earlier. I kid you not. It's my birthday in 4 weeks and I'm aiming to loose about 7lbs by then.
