I'm a creative guy who has enough hobbies to happily retire tomorrow and pretty much be busy for the rest of my life. I own and operate my three live steam locomotives, and I like any machinery or mechanical objects. I like to view myself as a tattooed outlaw fabricator of machines and madness who thrives off of the heat of steam powered engines. The Japanese have a word that best describes me; otaku. What the hell is an otaku? An otaku is an obsessed enthusiast. In the way that a Trekkie is an enthusiast of Star Trek, an otaku can be obsessed, or geek out on any number of things. You could be a a military otaku, an animation otaku, a Star Wars otaku, a porno otaku, etc. I have no rules about my obsessions except one; I like to hang out with other obsessive mo-fos like myself. Bring forth the otaku!

Back in the bay area now and I have more mechanical interactives to build. Lots of work not enough play.
Anyways, good to see you're keeping a journal. Post a lot more and check out this set.
See you on the boards.
