Hubby is on the road for tonight, driving his rig. I told him all about this SG-land and how much of a social network it is. His question was, "could I meet my second wife there?" He is interested in the whole polygamy thing, and I'm actually totally okay with that. Somehow I'm able to see all the benefits of having a nontraditional family of that sort. The girl would absolutely have to be great though, in order to meet my approval. I mean she'd basically be like a friend/sister for life. He and I are such a perfect match, I don't know if it would even be possible to find a third person to fit with us. And for that reason, I don't know if we'd ever actually go through with the search for a second wife. How do you go about doing something like that anyway? But isn't it absolutely absurd that consenting adults can't have more than one spouse if they wish? It's okay to fuck everyone on the planet and have tons of illegitimate children and mooch off the government, but not to have a loving, nurturing, fruitful legal relationship with more than one person.
