after watching the LAST SAMURAI on dvd...I've come to conclusion that the greatest "sin" against mankind...is to erase people and individuals from existence and without record.
I wonder how many native americans lived without us knowing.....simply because the US government "were just doing their jobs."
.................people will point out to me that the holocaust is the greatest "sin" to mankind...but I kind of see that as being a "crime"
a crime....that has been done which we all know about. There's a face to paint and records/people who are still part of that history that we all know so well. yeah, we know that the native americans were wiped out...but we really don't know how many. I guess it's a bit of the same....when comparing the two events...but there is a difference.........somewhere. in there.
but to erase someone and a group of people like they never existed after being born......just pisses me off.
