Well today my son had his first football scrimmage it went great it was a lot of fun seeing him play another team I can't wait till next Wednesday for his first season game.
On another note I finally went in to the doctor to have them look at my shoulder, it has been sore now for about 2 months. I have a PT appointment first on the 10th, but I couldn't wait the pain was getting too bad. They took X-ray's and they feel it's a muscular problem so they just sent me off with some muscle relaxers and pain med's. I'll have to wait till the 10th to really start fixing the problem.
