The Reliant Robin is engine powered! It's made of plastic - a European car from the 70s!

I love the composition and your model's expression, but your shadows and skintones are full of color noise and jpeg artifacts. What ISO were you shooting at? Did you run any noise reduction software? Also, if you look through recent sets and the most popular sets, you'll see that bold colors under natural light to be the most common in accepted sets. Also, very little vignetting/edge burning sets seem to get accepted.

I'll look forward to seeing what you submit for full sets.
kobrajet:
Thanks for the feedback. It was shot at 1600. It was an older Fuji S2 Pro. Which terribly noise at that speed. I did use a little noise reduction in Lightroom. Ive also gotten Noise Ninja and Neat Image recently, but haven't really figured out how to tweak them properly. I've only been back in photography for about 4 months after being out for over 10 years. So my editing skills are .... Well, let's just say, I'm no wizard! LOL! I have recently replaced that camera with a much newer Nikon body which should clear up the majority of the noise and artifact issue.
I unfortunately trusted the little LCD screen and on the recorded images, I didn't get anywhere near the falloff I thought I had. So the burn job was a weak attempt to return it to what I thought I was getting. I'm normally not a vignetting fan (too "portraity" for my taste). Haha!-I even tried to vary the shape and density in an attempt to disguise it a little. LOL! Guess I didn't fool nobody!!!! That's one thing I found to be pretty cool about SG is the community at large seems to be pretty knowledgable about photography.
I actually prefer natural light! ( another thing that attracted me to SG). I do have to make a few adjustments in shooting style and I'm excited about the challenge! Hope I can become a contributing member soon !!
Thanks again for your time
