Keep in mind that this is the 2nd time I've written this so it's not going to be as detailed
Wednesday: Dec 12th
I got on the plane in Chicago, got off in NC, got on to another plane and then got off in Miami. I then got my luggage (which was opened and searched apparently), and met my girl Cage outsidethe best part of that day
Thursday: Dec 13th
We woke up, got ready and went over to a mall. After walking around a little bit we went back to the hotel and relaxed (I was pretty sore from Wed night
).
Friday: Dec 14th
We actually woke up kinda early and went to another mall, walked around a bit, and then saw "I Am Legend" which ended up being really good. We were both pretty tired after the movie, so we went back to the hotel and relaxed.
Saturday: Dec 15th (my 30th birthday)
We ended up laying around for a bit, then got showered and dressed and headed out to the comedy show staring Eddie Gossling. The host was funny, then the opening comic was horrible and everyone cheered when he left the stage. Gossling was really funny and we had a good time.

After that we met some of Cage's friends at a bar by there and had a few drinks and I got to know them some.

They were pretty cool and I heard that they liked me just fine as well. Great birthday!
Sunday: Dec 16th
Thankmas: a once a year event where one of Cage's friends has the good friends over for tons of great food and socializing. We had a wonderful time, but that turkey hit me and I got tired so we took off kinda early.
Monday: Dec 17th
We got up kinda late. Our plan was to get together with a couple of Cage's friend I hadn't met yet around 4:30 for dinner/lunch. That ended up happening about 6:00 instead. They were really cool and we had some yummy food. After linner/dunch we went and saw "The Golden Compass" which was, in my opinion, a really good movie, and then went back to the hotel to pack.
Tuesday: Dec 18th
After staying up all night (Cage took a little nap because she was REALLY tired and needed it) we headed out to the airport. As we both knew that it would only be a short 6 weeks until I was back for good, there were no tears, which was a little bit surprising but good. I had a wonderful trip and can't wait to get back to my girl, the warmth, and the cool people I met.
Again, keep in mind that this was WAY shorter than when I had originally written it due to SG going down "due to excessive traffic" (which seriously pissed me off)
