Holy shit! Ok, I just got in after riding my bike for 3 fucking hours and over 10 miles after not riding more than once all winter. I think I might have over done it a tad, but I did get the joy of having a Quizno's sub before making my way back home...so that's good. Anyway, I'm going to go take a cold shower now and relax.
