Mum's doing well and she really enjoyed the Clinic(They were really nice to her there). Hope everyone enjoy's the weekend, and Enjoy the Day! 
Update: Feel excellent today...went for a short ride on the Little Miami Bike Trail...I did see alot of people out there which is good! Oh I did a short ride of 22miles...tomorrow more-Yee Ha! Enjoy the day everyone!
