Im new to SG. A long time follower. I have an interest in photography. My best friend/girlfriend is a hopeful, and I hope to take beautiful photos of her for this site.

I also play music in a band. Its kind of a big deal. Its on my website in my profile.

Im weird. A strange mish mash of traditional values and modern ideals. I served in the United States Marine Corps for 7 years. Ive fought in Iraq and Afghanistan. Ive seen the worst in people. Ive seen the best in people. Ive worked in Emergency Medicine since I was 18 years old, minus my time overseas. Ive seen the best and the worst there is in the world through that vantage point. More of the worst. A lot of the worst. I will not let that dissuade me from believing in great things.

I believe in fighting for what you believe in. I believe in freedom, unrestricted. Love who you want to love, man or woman. Be who you want to be. Don't let anybody tell you less. Don't let anybody make you feel like less than you are.

Do not go quietly into the night. Be amazing. Take advantage of the gift of life.
