Ok I lied in last night's post; today was an absolute gorgeous day for a ride!

Since the truck's in the shop with a siezed caliper and only about 1/4 of my rotor left, I rode the Vespa home tonight. Yup, it's officially too cold for that...

So the brakes went out in my truck today. And I mean way the fuck out. Terrifying...
Thank god it's a stick and I could engine break my way down spring grove.

I made Liz laugh so hard she drooled a little with this one...

Ok. Been a while. Let the account lapse, but now reactivated. It's so strange that I am active on the site in such spurts. It seems most of the folks I was friends with have moved on as well. So here's to meeting new folks!

I haven't had the time for this in so very long. I still don't really. I work at the Trader Joe's, and the mailroom of the Mentos office, and the theatre, and I'm so sick of working with cardboard boxes. My hands are ripped to shreds. But I'm eating well, so that's a plus. I'm a sucker for the Trader Joe's frozen appetizer section.

Awright, here's to productivity. I've strenuously been working on this show for well over two weeks now, and I'm finally starting to see things come together. Not nearly as agonizing as the previous show with video, Wonder of the World was hell in terms of finding cue pacing and rhythm. I think I finally got the feel of it; my minidisc just needs to stop...

So I guess I'm seeing someone now. And it's really...nice. I'm not sure how else to say it, but it is really nice. She's somewhat of a dork, which puts me at ease and makes me giggle. And she's buddies with my puppy, which doesn't hurt either.

Wow. Freaks and Geeks is really good. I'd read Kick Me by Paul Feig, the show's creator, but I never got around to watching it. I was entertained.
I'm going on another date this evening. I wonder if she would like Freaks and Geeks. I'm not sure if she was ever freaky or geeky enough to really relate.
