Speaking of vegan, as soon as I get the recipe from my boss' HOT wife, I'll share with you the secret for the most DELICIOUS vegan cupcakes I've ever tasted. Peanut butter and jelly cupcakes with a Tofutti-peanut butter frosting and a jelly center.
