I love watching those Building Wealth infomercials! They are hilarious! 0 money down and YOU get cash back at closing! Has anyone actually gone to these seminars or ordered the cds/books? I was just wondering how they say you can make money without spending money. I've always wanted to check out these 'systems' to see what kind of bullcrap they sell you. I can imagine they make most of their money from the business coach lines they have. If anyone has actually checked these things out let me know!
