Halloween is a fucked over commercialized pagan celebration.
Thanks to Constantine and the Roman Catholic Church we have a lot of fucked over pagan celebrations painted over and slapped with Christian names. Easter and Christmas come to mind.
Don't forget our favorite holiday to hate, Valentine's Day. If that isn't a ritualistic celebration of fucking/fertility then nothing is.

As a Christian, I choose not to participate in pagan rituals and celebrations.
No witches & wizards, no Christmas trees, no egg laying over fertile long eared rodents, and no bow & arrow touting little naked boys. No No No and No.

If I were Pagan, I'd be pissed off at the Catholic Church for fucking with my rituals and celebrations.
