the quite ritualistic way i go about my routine things,
the focus on yoga breathing
and meditation; exercises for dreaming
and to access the subconscious.
it seems that the way i live (minus the intensive physics and math part)
is what is in liber kaos--the basis of chaos magic
that i was so interested in a couple of years back;
using these elements to make things happen
or at least convince yrself that you caused them to happen,
that's the name of the game.

its like spending years on a trail
and picking up things along the way,
all the right things to make the perfect quilt,
tailored by yr hand, but certainly guided by something larger
and it's a self portrait, and it makes you.
you can take it off, but you can't ever put it down--
it's yr life duty to map out yr portion of the universe.
naturally, when someone offers you a new piece for that quilt
you listen carefully to how they describe its texture and shape
and decide if it fits and will be as warm as the surrounding stitches
or maybe you'll just take a few of their select threads to weave in.
