seems like there exists a pileup of words, but they refuse to line up correctly so i will be succinct.
just completed my fiction short story. what has been the bane of my existence for the last two months was pounded out in a glorious rage of whirling fingers, snot and tears in two 6 hour sessions, submitted at the very last minute possible. the reviews so far have been very positive, but i'm not so happy with it. as long as it gets me through the class.
project focus now shifts back to finishing my new album.
i posted that it should be done by Dec. 22. we'll see. it'll be close, but as of now, i don't hate it.
Gogol Bordello rocks. why didn't i know about this band long ago...and to be introduced them on Conan of all places...i'd have never guessed it.
Germany for 12 days in January. Excited as i get, yes. i will be better for it. outta my life, outta this country, neck deep in beauty and genuine culture.
been getting pressured by a few locals to get my ass down to NOLA for mardi gras. cash is tight, i'm planning on aiding the cause by doing some solo acoustic gigs full of fun, dirty singalongs...i say that, anyway, but anyone who knows my writing knows i only do humor and fiction in person--i try to write lighthearted and it turns into a psychological profile. i'm calling it the CRACKABACK TO NOLA FUND/TOUR.
decided that i'm going to emporia, not lawrence next year. isolation is good for studies and character. piece of cake.
