I need help I'm about to get my first tattoo ever and I want a shoulder piece but I need to know about how much money i'm looking at spending so I know how mutch to bring with me.

it will be the shoulder of the army combat shirt with flag name and rank but it will not show all of it I want it to look like shrapnel or something tore the flesh from my body and revealed the shirt in places pluse a few scratches through that.
