ok so apparently the sense of urgency in the education field has been completelt removed. UCF has all the materials they need to process me for readmission but are not going to do it yet. In fact all the people i've met so far and interviewed don't actually have the ability to determine whether or not i get in and in fact have little or no influence on that very same subject. All the materials and notes and bullshit get sent to a person in the registrars office who makes the final decision. I'm a bit tiffed that I had to drive 8 hours to Orlando to have an interview with someone who doesn't have anything to do really with my readmittance. I inquired about this increasingly assanine process and was told by the person I interviewed that it wasnt their decision. they interviewed me but they have to give their notes andshit to their director, who then decides whether they want to endorse my return. Why the fuck wouldnt they just have the director conduct the interview? now a person ive never met has to decide if I'm the right kind of person they want to let back in? but even that director doesnt get final say. the make or break decision is made my a woman in readmission that I NEVER GET TO MEET. and its her job to arbitrarily decide whether i get back into the university. and like i said, they have all the materials they need(transcipts, personal statements, recommendations, approvals, etc) but its going to takeWEEKS for them to reach a decision. Is it really that hard to sit down and read my fucking transcripts? i left FKCC with a 3.5! I could be in the fucking honor society! but noooo they want to drag this shit out. nevermind the fact that my wanting to go to UCF is the reason im jobless. My bosses wanted to have me gone before new years so they didnt have to pay for a whole 'nother year of some insurance shit. and while UCF is dicking around and trying to decide whether they "feel like" giving me an answer I have to beg drunken boat captains for a temp job gutting fish so i can have enough money to last until they get off ther asses. FUCK. *end rage dump*

my dad gave me a laptop and the desktop i baught on ebay is on its way. at least i'll have bright shiny complars to play on whenever i get to wherever the hell i end up. woot for shiny new comps!!!!
