Support Child's Play!

So, I generally tend to have odd, but strangely clear trains of thought. I can just be laying in bed and thinking about stuff, stop myself if I realize I've gotten onto something completely unrelated, and trace it back to the point of digression.

Last week, while I was stocking the cooler, for example, I had just gotten to the Sierra Mist. "Damn," I thought. "I wonder what the cranberry is like. I wonder if we're getting the cranberry flavor, for the season and all. Probably not, because my boss is a stupid bitch."

This, of course, got me thinking about the commercial for the cranberry Sierra Mist - with the Holiday Hawk (which I kind of think is the best idea ever). What song was he singing now? Was it "Wish You A Merry Christmas?" Maybe. I started to hum it as I stocked the Mountain Dew, and then caught myself. That's a fucked-up song!!

It starts out all nice, wishing a Merry Christmas and everything, but then it goes on to demand figgy pudding! Fut the whuck? I mean, that's cool that you people want figgy pudding and everything, but seriously, you can't just sing at me and then demand it. I probably would have offered some to you, but since you're just going to demand it, fuck you, get offa my lawn!!

You know what comes next. The whole "We won't go until we get some" bit. You know what, bitches? We'll see who's getting some figgy pudding, and we'll see who's getting FROSTBITE! *slam*

... I wonder how you make figgy pudding. I should see if there's a recipe-swap type group on SG. That'd be awesome, because then I could find more fish recipes, and share with everyone my Mom's AWESOME apple crisp recipe.. Ooh. I should make apple crisp. I should also make a new post in my journal, I don't think that the whole Child's Play thing is getting a lot of attention.

That's about how it went down. That's how it usually goes down. I really love my brain sometimes.



From a self-shot set I did last week. It's retouched a bit in the Photoshop, and I might tweak it a little more to get the yellow tone out of it, but as it is, I think it's a nice shot, I'm pretty proud of it. It's another one of those very "me" pictures without me being extraordinarily naked.
