Like I mentioned in my previous blog, I have some OCD tendencies and am a bit weird. I am sure I am not alone but thought I would share a few of them with you..
I can't hear the word "Hot" without thinking/saying It's hoooooooottttttttt in Topeka!
I can't hear "I Just Died in your Arms Tonight" by The Cutting Crew without laughing. I always think of an old Saturday Night Live Skit with Will Ferrell and Horatio Sanz as Wedding Singers. (Couldn't find the video to link)

I can't hear/say the word "forever" without being reminded of a scene THIS MOVIE. I have to say it the same way... forrr-evvvv-errrrrr!
I can't hear the word "crazy" without being reminded of a TV Commercial for a cellphone compay that was a spoof of Big Brother. The lady said it was ok that the housemates ate her food and did other things but when they switched her cellphone service without asking they were "Crazy.. just crazy!"
At the stores I work in, they have crosswalks from the parking lot to the front door. I don't step on the white lines.
I LOVE NATALIE PORTMAN!
I got a new toy!
I got robbed
For the 2nd time in my life, I got robbed at gun point.
On a good note, we had our season ending award banquet for the bowling league that I am secretary/treasurer. It was alot of fun and went much smoother than in the past. Maybe because I am a very organized.. very very organized at times.
Back to the getting robbed part... Hind sight is 50/50 or however that saying goes. I helped a friend out so I had no money. My tank was close to empty so I decided to go put gas in it after bowling since I was going to be receiving my prize money that night. I left the bowling alley and went to the closest open gas station. I put $10 in the tank and as I was done pumping and started walking to my door to get in I was approached by a guy asking me for my money. He pulled me behind the pump so the clerk wouldn't see and had a gun to his side pointed at me. It was 12am in the morning, pouring rain outside and he was wearing a bandana over his face. I didn't want to take any chances on the gun so I gave him what I had which was $140. I called the cops and they showed up maybe 5-10mins later. I spent an hour going over things.. over and over and over again. I am sure they will never get the person.
Stay tuned for more...
