I love the pictures that have nothing to do with my current mood.
Feeling a little violated, possessive, and defensive today.
I kind of find I like a life this lonely.
It rips and pierces me,
in places I can't see,
I love the rip of nerves,
the rip that wakes me.
So I'm dissatisfied,
I love dissatisfied,
I love to feel there's always more that I need.

Today was "argue about why you don't want to argue day" with Aaron's dad.
I opted for walking the dog over argueing today. I found that pic on my comp in his dad's folder. This was after Aaron said his dad was probably going to use his uber crazy zoom features to see where we were going....
I'm anger prone. I have a problem sometimes. I'll admit that. I've been trying VERY hard to balance this.
It's also hard enough for me to warm up to people as it is without them having a serious lack of social skills. The only way they know how to interact is by pushing buttons, argueing, and throwing out judgements to see if they can force a response.
I had all sorts of "irrational" fears and potential judgements surrounding another parental visit. BUT I decided to lay those aside and enter the situation with an open mind and heart. Unfortunately I've been slowly getting them shut down and hardened.
I was looking forward to my last week of summer being a little different. Nevertheless, I will make the best of this.
I started by buying myself an SG hoodie and getting cable in the apartment today.(:
