On to more important things...

Visuals and Fabrics midterms are over. I believe I did pretty well on them. Let's hope next week proves me right. Monday is my last midterm in Fashion Fundamentals.

Today in Visuals we played a little "game" creating a mental image that would act as metaphors for things in life to reinforce using metaphors in fashion design layouts too.

Representation:

Cube = you/your self image
Ladder = your friends or relationship to them
Horse = significant other
Flower(s) = dependants/children
Storm = hardship/trouble in life

This weekend is looking quite promising. Harrison just got home from Iraq and I'm seeing him tomorrow already. Chris gets home from school sometime tomorrow and will be home for the weekend as well. I'm not letting her leave without spending some quality time. I think monday is quality time with Yates and mom too.
