Well life still sucks. I thought I had 100% financing but apparently I only have 90%. bitch told me i had 100. Well thats not that horrible because I have 6% sellers assist. so doing the math, closing costs are around 2900, not bad, I have t hat. but the 10% is about 3200, which equals 6100 needed at closing Sept 30th. I have a whopping 3700 towards it. Which means in the next 29 days I need 2,382$ Plus some for trucks and what not. Support your local stripper. Pass the buck... throw the 20's at me. I cant afford to slack for a second. I guess that goal isn't unreachable, b ut last month I only made like 3100. This weekend is fucking labor day weekend. If I don't make at least half of what I need I will go nuts. But you know what? its labor fucking day weekend. I got lucky. I will make it. Plus my birthday is in 17 days. ANY and ALL birthday money goes straight towards this damn house. Maybe it's ment to happen.

yeah i know. they never promised to be "fair" tho. i was really upset about it at first, but oh well. life goes on.

I know how you feel with the house, mine just closed last week. I found out they're charging me $110 per month for PMI instead of the $70 they estimated. I guess that's how they made up the difference when the rate went down. Found out yesterday that the roof leaks and the sellers knew it. Good luck, this ones my third house and even though it's a hassle getting there, it's always totally worth it.

Don't take the SG rejection too seriously, it's not the end of the world, I saw the pix, you're hawt! If I was in PA I'd come throw 20's at you to help with the house fund.
