whew! what a weekend! my band drove up to denton-like 3 hrs away-to play a show saturday night, and drove back yesterday. it was fun, but tiring. i don't know how i'll ever handle touring. i hate being in the fucking van. you can't get comfortable, and you're all tired and hungover. blech. anyway, i'm excited because me and ben are going to see lost in translation tonight. yay! and, i should have money waiting for me at work!

Woo Hoo! Glad to hear the show went well. I know how that goes: My old band drove from RVA to NYC to play CBGBs. We made $9, which didn't even cover our tolls outta the city. It was still a cool experience, and we got a great board tape. Our drummer had a studio in RVA and he mixed it down to 2 channels. It was the greatest recording of our line up, and he promptly went and lost it. FUCK! Oh well. Hope you enjoyed the movie. That sucks that we missed you the other night. We got off to a late start. Seems like we're always 2 steps away from each other. Oh yeah, I hired Jay today. He'll start later this week. Well, I MIGHT come to the show tomorrow, but I'm pretty busy at work preparing for inventory. Hope to see ya soon.
