2 finals down, one more to go. Must summon the energy to care about this last test. It's not over yet, right? Even though I am feeling drained, and my GAS (give a shit) factor has run to nothing, I must keep going.
Leaving for Chicago on Thursday. Am so f'ing excited! Never been before, and am very excited to spend three days with my two best girlfriends exploring the town. Actually, we're all going to be pretty whipped from our busy lives, so part of me wouldn't be surprised if we just lazed around at cafes by Lake Michigan, drinking beer and watched the world go by. Doesn't that sound nice?
Have you been to Chicago? What things did you do while in town? Any good suggestions for my friends and I? (p.s. we are two meat eaters and one card-carrying PETA vegetarian, so no going to nice steakhouses for us )

Navy Pier is fun, you can get on the giant Ferris Wheel that never stops. We also took a boat tour of Lake Michigan around the waterfront, that was great too.
And +1 for what LittleFierceOne said about Millenium Park--it's amazing. Go during the day to watch the little kids play in the water shot out by the glass-tower fountain, and go again at night and watch the glass tower change colors.
I'm sure you'll have a great time.
Oh yeah...I work for a trucking company. I won't name names--you probably haven't heard of it anyway--but they have 6 terminals in the Southeast and one in Kentucky. Truck drivers are very interesting characters, to say the least.
I keep meaning to exercise, but it's soooooo hard. And stress adds weight. And eating for comfort is my thing, sadly... There are so many habits to change in order to get healthy, but I can't go on like this, either.
I'm taking tennis this summer, even though I found out they changed PE requirements and I don't have to. I could stand to get outside and exercise.
