YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! We negotiated and accepted an offer! Whoopee! The first phase of selling is done! We are now "under contract!"

Next, hopefully in the next day or two, we meet with the bank, make sure we can offer on the awesome condo we want, and then do so. I really hope that by next week we are under contract for it as well!

Any downsides? Well, no, unless you count having the closing date be right smack in the middle of finals!
