well ive been dealing with alot of frustration lately which i noticed has been causing me to smoke more and more a day and its not good cuz u know the whole getting cancer and dying youg blah blah blah

well i noticed about a week or so ago that i havent been smoking as much and im on the verge of quitting.


so heres what i think
1-find something you enjoy doing
2-let it consume 50% of your life
3-come back to reality lol
but all joking aside i think that the whole nicatine (sp?) addiction is a myth cuz i have been smoking for a year or two and ive never had the thought not to smoke and i even went a week wihout a cigg.
but find something else to occupy your time.

I think the new cigarette tax goes into effect July 1st, so you picked the right time to cut back.
