I am so stressed out and overwhelmed by this selling my house crap. I am so sick of having to run around and clean this monstrosity every time the real estate agent calls and says that someone wants to see it. UGGH!!! It's totally frustrating because it has been on the market for 3 months now and I feel like it will never sell. It's really old (built in 1848) and sort of spooky (I kinda like that aspect of it) and nobody seems to want to buy it. Damn it....I really need to get out of here too. Thank God the weather here is getting a bit warmer, but I cannot take another winter in New England. Florida seems like its a zillion miles away right now......

ummm i'm really feeling the love from the guy above. but i kind of know about the house thing. the old house i used to live in had to be cleaned for new renting and it was a bitch just because it was like a 1918 house so drafty and dust everywhere. kind of know you pain on that one.
