Irie. That's what Jamaicans say when they mean it's all good... but better than that. Just returned from a much needed and deserved holiday to the island. Yesterday I was snorkeling in the cove, looking at the coral reefs and the life just below the surface that we don't even think about. I was alone and enjoying life and observing. I feel so blessed that I was able to experience that trip. I feel so healed and blissful....
