who the hell ever told me i was capable of cooking for myself
i used to think i was a decent cook
but what just came out of the oven was a disgrace

i attempted cooking an artichoke for the first time
i mean, technically i did cook something
i started with a raw fruit(?), and applied heat
but its edibility was seriously questionable
my poor culinary teacher would be ashamed of me

i was following a recipe too
i prepared the artichoke (all wrong of course)
put it in a baking dish with olive oil, garlic and water
i left the rest of the ingredients out because i didnt have them, but im sure they wouldnt have made any difference


im sticking to frozen microwavable, or raw food from now on
just to keep it on the safe side
