Day 1: Mission Thin & Perfect
Ive recently decided that Im sick of being wiggly and am disappointed with myself for being lazy about getting back into shape. I know what my body is capable of and I know what I have to do to get there. Its just a matter of getting off my giant ass and doing it. So, I signed back up for my cardio kickboxing class, which I will go to a minimum of 3 times a week. Then I went to Whole Foods and bought the rabbit food necessary to help shed the pounds.
Today is June 1, 2005 and I weigh 167 pounds. Yes, it is thoroughly humiliating to reveal this to you but I feel that its necessary as it will absolutely titillate me to be able to write lower and lower numbers in blogs to follow. Stay tuned for pictures too!
